How do I return an item?

Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

We will accept the return of all unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To return an item you simply notify us within 14 days of delivery of the products that you wish to return. This can be done via email, phone or fax. We would ask that you include the word RETURNS and your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line.

From the time of notification you have 14 days to send back the goods. For the quickest response to your return we would ask that you use our Returns Form. For the best response you can send the completed form to us via email with your notification of return. You should also include a copy of the Returns Form along with a copy of your original invoice in the package with your returned goods.

How returns work

  • The cost of returning items will be borne by the customer. These costs may be reimbursed where we accept fault or error on our behalf.
  • If you return items within the period allowed we will inspect the goods and reimburse the full value of unopened items. Items that have been opened or used may be liable to a diminished value charge.
  • We may reimburse standard delivery charges where we find the goods were incorrect, faulty or otherwise unsuitable for use.
  • We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
  • If you have paid duty for the order you received and you're returning it to us, you should be able to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To find out how and for any other queries about customs duty please contact your local customs authority. To ensure there is no further duty to pay please mark your package, ' RETURNED GOODS-FAILED SALE '.
  • As soon as we action your request for an exchange or refund we'll send an email to the address held against your account to let you know that your return is being dealt with.
